Has there been a violent history of xbox systems catching fire?

Well,I herd Bungie saying that they are ok with any glitching game as long as it does not cath someones house on fire. Then,I was watching a Halo parody and an Xbox caught fire and the guy said "Huh. I guess they realy do blow up." Since ive heard about all these violent happenings. Did something happen that involved death or something?
